A francophile's dream
A francophile's dream: living on a barge moored in the heart of Paris, (in this case the 1 arrondissement), with a bicycle, on which to discover the charms of The City of Light, parked at the front door.
Inexplicably, I fell so very French when I'm in Paris ambling along the the banks of the Seine, or riding my bicycle through the verdant green hills that engulf our village.

My dream too Elizabeth,
I fell in love with Mac Kenzie Childs New York City barge boat where she lives with her husband and she designs all her creative art.
There are so many places I would love to live, and so many creative homes I would love to live in.
Thank you beautiful for taking the time to visit me and best of all calling me talented :)
I so wish I could follow my dream and create in France like the French street artist :)
See you soon my sweet friend, a Happy Giving of Thanks to. You.
Bisous

On my husband's bucket list is a dream to travel Europe's grand rivers by boat. Such a lovely dream!
I have travel plans to visit Provence this spring. Arriving in Paris May 18th. I never tire of wonderful images such as these.
Thank you for sharing.
Very nice post!
Thanks & Welcome for your comment and your next visit to my blogs.
Have a nice day! Cath.
super sympa!
I used to go out with someone who lived on a boat, and he always had the smell of bilge water on himself. I stopped seeing him after he started hinting that perhaps it might be a good idea to move in with me for the winter in my warm house!
My brother had a canal boat, and that was a lovely space, although he only used it for holidays.
As for living in Paris, sounds a splendid idea but where would one put all our animals, although the geese would surely love messing about on the river!
Oh, i'd love to do a bike ride along the seine .... so perfect for a spring adventure and something to dream about during winter!
